Netflix adaptará otra novela de Stephen King

El servicio de streaming continua haciendo producciones de calidad que enganchan a sus suscriptores y más ahora que ha hecho alianzas con directores reconocidos,  como los hermanos Coen o Damien Chazelle, y escritores como Stephen King, todo esto en medio de la negativa por parte de los premios Oscar y el Festiva de Cannes por reconocer a Netflix como una productora con propuestas interesantes y  películas completamente originales.

Nuevamente Netflix se acercó al escritor Stephen King con el propósito de adaptar otra de sus obras, El Juego de Gerald y 1922 fueron las primeras apuestas de la compañía por llevar a la pantalla, ahora la productora a mostrado gran interés por In The Tall Grass, misma que podría estar protagonizada por James Marsden (Westworld) y dirigida por Vincenzo Natali, según informó Deadline.

In The Tall Grass relata el inesperado suceso por el que deben atravesar dos hermanos que se encuentran atrapados en un bosque, todo por intentar ayudar a un niño que se quedó atrapado. A pesar de sus buenas intenciones, no les irá nada bien.
