Catean predio que se ostentaba como negocio de comida, fueron agentes de Fiscalía General de Querétaro quienes realizaron el cateo, el lugar estuvo asegurado por agentes de Guardia Nacional División Fuerzas Especiales, y de Seguridad Física de Pemex.
De lo ocurrido se registró la mañana de ayer, en un predio que parecía ser un negocio de comida, ubicado sobre la carretera federal 57 México-Querétaro, justo en el kilómetro 149+500 tramo Palmillas, San Juan del Río.
Los agentes de Fiscalía General del Estado realizaron el cateo, en el lugar fue localizada una toma clandestina, que corria desde al menos 500 metros de distancia, en el lugar se presume que era donde cargaban las pesadas unidades con el hidrocarburo ilícito de la toma clandestina.
